Summary: A traditional stone house which would be cool in the summer. Lovely external terrace. A beautiful walk through the orange groves to a local cantina. Location of property 0.5km from road down a farm track.

Summary: The most beautiful house and gardens where we were able to relax in the peace of the countryside, just a short drive to Silves. Genevieve is an excellent host, very welcoming and kind, leaving us to ourselves unless we needed something. Highly recommend staying here.

Summary: Most serene and idyllic location in Portuguese countryside. If you are looking for some peace and quiet and want to escape busy lifestyle this is a place just for you. There was more than enough room for four people, plenty privacy, lovely garden, we couldn't wish for more perfect accommodation. Genevieve is such a kind soul, always ready to help and advise on anything you need. Don't think twice, book now and enjoy stunning environment and true hospitality. We will definitely be booking it again in the future.

Summary: I can not begin to describe how perfect our stay was. The house is so charming, conserving the originality and beauty of the Portuguese culture, siting on the top of beautiful hills with oranges and lemons, gorgeous terrace to watch the sunsets and other terraces to choose from depending on the temperature. It has everything you need for a long stay (we stayed for 10 days), including lots of kitchen utensils that make you feel at home. In the beautiful town of Silves, away from the crowds, but close enough to drive to the beaches, and any other park that the algarve area has to offer. And our host Genevieveโ€ฆ our 12 year old daughter said she should have the Nobel prize for โ€œnicest personโ€. Such a discreet, caring, interesting, smart and beautiful host. It would have been fantastic to see more of her and get to know her a little more, although she is just in the house next door if you need her. I donโ€™t remember feeling more comfortable, at peace and at my own home, in any of the houses I have rented. โ™ฅ๏ธ

Summary: A lovely situation in the citrus groves the cottage was secluded and comfortable. The property was an ideal base for exploring the Silves area and within easy reach of many lovely parts of the Algarve. The cottage was well decorated, well equipped and clean; a lovely place to relax with several outdoor sitting areas with plenty of shade during the heat of the day. Highly recommended for a peaceful and relaxing holiday break.

Summary: Genevieve's house in the middle of bougainvillea and mandarines is very comfortable, clean and complete. Nice seats have been created around the house for any time of the day. The view from the roof terrace is breathtaking and wonderful in the evenings. There are plenty of places to eat and drink in the nearby area. Genevieve is an accessible, interested and friendly hostess who took good care of everything for us. Thank you very much for that! We will definitely come back! Bianca and Perry

Summary: A beautiful and very relaxing place with a lovely hosts. We enjoyed the fresh orange juice from the oranges around the house every morning. In the evening we had an amazing view from the upper Terrace. The house offers everything you need and has a very tasteful inventory. We loved it and will come back!

Summary: La estancia limpieza y detalles al 100% no faltaba absolutamente de nada, lugar super tranquilo grande, aparcamiento en la puerta, se puede hacer vida perfectamente en el exterior con sus dos patios. A pesar de que no hablabamos el mismo idioma, supimos entendernos perfectamente y con paciencia...agradezco enormemente la atencion recibida, quedo muy contenta y sin duda espero volver !!!!! Y poder pasar mas dias, mi pena no haber podido disfrutarlo mas. The stay cleanliness and details super calm big place, parking was not lacking to 100 % absolutely of anything, in the door, it is possible to do life perfectly in the exterior with his two courts. In spite of the fact that not hablabamos the same language, we could understand perfectly and patiently ... I am grateful enormously for the received attention, remain very satisfied and undoubtedly I wait to return! And to be able to happen mas days, my sorrow not can to have enjoy it more
