The property is situated on 10 acre riverside le Lié, and located in the village of Plouguenast. Plouguenast is a small village with all comodities accessible on foot (5-10min) : bakery, bucher, bank, small supermarket, pharmacy.
This is the ideal place to explore both the coastal area and inland beauty of Brittany.
35 minutes from the nearest coast and main town of St Brieuc.
St Malo, Le Mont-St Michel and the airports at Dinard and Rennes within an hour / one hour and a half away.
The estate is situated in a valley of outstanding natural beauty. Each cottage also has it’s own patio, most overlooking the river which is ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring or sightseeing.
The complex consists of parkland and forest areas with a large heated swimming pool which can be covered in bad weather, a games room with table tennis tables, pool and darts, football pitch, badminton and volleyball, bikes and kayaks are also available free of charge.
All bedlinen is supplied for more than 2 nights but not icluded for 1 ou 2 nights. You need to bring you own towels.

Summary: Host family were lovely, helpful, friendly. The site is great and the kids loved the games room, pool, grass and river. Lots of space inside. Good links to local activities. We loved our stay. The house did smell a little damp in places and the lounge is quite dark but good weather meant we spent most of our time outside. Thank you Charlotte

Summary: The Manor House was a brilliant property. There was plenty of space and good facilities. The children loved the grounds, we played football, volleyball and badminton outside. The children loved darts, table tennis, table football and pool in the games room. The swimming pool was AMAZING, a lovely temperature and a great size. We spent hours in there! It was very useful having a laundry room with tumble dryer. The area was lovely, plenty of places to visit locally. A brilliant holiday.

Summary: The house had a very large kitchen which was well equipped. We are a family of 16 and we were able to cook and eat together without getting in the way of one another. We enjoyed selecting DVDs from the very large DVD library in the Games Room. The swimming pool proved a big success in sunshine and rain. On the one day it rained, Tim left the roof on and were able to swim as though we were in an indoor pool. All our family had a go on the kayaks. Our children had a brilliant time racing around the gardens and playing with the various cars and carts or playing in one of the many play grounds. The boulangerie and supermarket are within walking distance. There is lots to do in the area (day and evening street markets, lakes, boating, shopping) and there are some glorious beaches within a short driving distance.

Summary: Lovely character property with lots of space to move around in. The setting is second to none, in a lovely valley with a river running through and yet so close to the village. Lots to do on the complex so not easy to leave to go sightseeing. Overall we all had a great time and would recommend to anyone.

Summary: We rented three of the houses here in early August of 2014 and it is a stunning place, so peaceful but with loads to do and the pictures don't begin to do it justice. Our hosts were attentive but unobtrusive and there was no extra charge for any of the many additional facilities on site. I even managed to go home with all my holiday washing done! I would highly recommend a stay here.
