Experienced hosts just completed 12th season of hosting short-term guests in this home. **LOCATION** Walk to/from downtown with ease 5 minutes to ALL town amenities from our whisper quiet neighborhood. The house comes with all the comforts of your home including: central air conditioning (many homes in Petoskey area lacking) strong wifi, smart TVs in family room/master/guest bedroom with premium services logged in / on-site bikes (2 mens mountain, 2 child bikes, 1 cruiser (uni-sex) and 1 ladies mountain bike, dishes/pots/pans, bar glassware, beach chairs/coolers/umbrella/towels/toys. We also supply fresh: linens, towels, wash cloths, toiletries, etc. In addition we stock Cafe du Monde coffee and assorted teas in the cupboard with sugars and creamer in fridge. Hit your day running. Want to cook up a fresh catch from Jon Cross or your wily angler? Grill/patio in backyard. Or, utilize our updated kitchen. We would happily also consider your dog if house-broken, (please no furniture/bed sitting for pups) and generally well behaved. We keep a crate in the basement and have several runs in the large partially fenced backyard. As owners of a large retriever we fully understand how comforting it is to have all members of the family present no matter how many legs they possess. The full and queen pillow top beds will prove to be very comfortable. The couch has room for an extra sleeper along with extra blankets in the guest bedroom closet is also an option. *Please note that we have always placed a high degree of emphasis on cleanliness (see our reviews) and do our best to continue to do so. **Be aware that desirable time frames of peak "season" tend to book many months prior.

Summary: Great location to be able to walk downtown with safety and ease. All needed supplies were included and kitchen well stocked. Only crazy thing was the snow melt that leaked into the basement where the washer and drier are!

Summary: We enjoyed a week in petoskey with this house as our home base. Fabulous location as we walked to coffee every morning and enjoyed the Petoskey NYE celebration. We were able to visit three ski mountains during this visit - all less than 30 mins away! So wonderful to have our dog with us. Would recommend to other families with dogs but make sure you read the listing so you know about the number of beds- I hadn’t done that and spent the week sleeping with my daughter!

Summary: We loved our stay at Belle’s on Grove! It was so incredibly cozy and clean. We felt right at home with the decor and nice flowing colors all throughout the house. Our favorite part is how clean it was, it was impeccably spotless. Whoever cleans that place takes a lot of pride in their work. We have stayed at all kinds of places in many different locations around the world at all different price points from fancy resorts to quick hole in the wall last minute motels while on the road. Belles on Grove is hands down the cleanest and coziest stay we’ve ever had where my husband, myself and our 2 kids were extremely comfortable. We loved it and will absolutely look into booking here again for our next trip. The only disappointment we had was that it was not decorated for the holidays. We were traveling for a Christmas event and was bummed to find no kind of holiday decor or feeling inside the home. A small Christmas tree would really set this home over the top this time of year! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Summary: 3 1/2 Blocks from town, very clean, and good accommodations. Check-in and check-out procedures very easy. Loved the beach chairs & toys, and bikes are available in the shed. Would recommend for couple or small family stay.

Summary: AS ADVERTISED. CLEAN AND CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN. WE HAD A CHANGE OF PLANS SO ONLY MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER STAYED AND THEY FELT SAFE AND SECURE. THEY WERE PLEASED AT THE LOCATION AS IT WAS A SHORT WALK TO THE DOWNTOWN AREA. THE BICYCLES WERE A NICE TOUCH AS THEY WENT FOR A LONG RIDE DOWN BY THE WATER. SORRY I MISSED THE WEEKEND BUT BY ALL ACCOUNTS A VERY NICE HOME.
