As stunning in winter as it is in summer, Incognito offers the ideal viewpoint to watch nature's beauty at its very best. Encapsulating convenience and style, it is an escape like no other, with easy access to the sprawling South West wine region. Architecturally designed, Zorzi built, and decorated by Maria Monaco, this home offers carefully curated luxury.
The living area is open plan and designed to maximise the sensational views at every turn. The open plan area has a stunning, central two-way stone fireplace that tapers up through a glass pyramid roof—perfect for late-night star watching. Beautifully appointed, the granite and timber kitchen encourages even the most timid chefs to step up to the stove, with premium appliances and plenty of bench space. A timber, Egyptian-style table accommodates all guests for formal dining inside, while casual meals are best enjoyed out on the patio—making the most of stretching waterfront vistas. An entertainer's paradise, its protected with a large pergola and boasts a BBQ and open sun court. A large teak table with woven chairs is perched high to capitalise on the sweeping views or relax in the sun loungers.
Unwind across two seating areas amid the surround-sound-enabled smart TV or soak away your worries in the jacuzzi room—with a six-seater spa, stunning stone feature wall and bi-fold doors that open to 180-degree views of the ocean. The property sleeps eight across four generously sized bedrooms—all offering their own designer ensuite and built-in robes for ultimate privacy. The primary suite is the 'jewel of the crown' with ocean views, a king-sized bed, timber walk-in wardrobe. The striking ensuite boasts a spa bath and double shower heads for ultimate indulgence. Bedrooms two and three both are set with king beds, while the fourth bedroom offers versatility with two king singles. Three other ensuites, a half bathroom and in-unit laundry add to your convenience.

Summary: A stunning home with wonderful beach views which is truly INCOGNITO but close enough to enjoy the beautiful wine region of Margaret River. Luxurious in every way and very comfortable & private for a group stay. The indoor Jacuzzi was popular for our winter's stay and the outdoor area was great if you wanted to kick a football or throw a frisbee. We definitely would stay again!!

Summary: Beautiful property and location, perfect for a family gathering. Visited by an abundance of wildlife. Property starting to get a little dated, although still very good. Comfortable bedrooms with individual ensuites and a very comfortable and large living space

Summary: Property managers where easy to contact and very responsive when we arrived and had an issue with the bed. Firewood supply was adequate..if anything could be improved it would be for the property to supply bath towels for the spa but everything else was 5 star..thankyou

Summary: Please note the gravel driveway to Incognito is suited for a 4WD. Arrived with the security code provided and the gate had a paddlock that we had not been given access to had to call and phone reception is poor. One of the mornings was woken up with the maintenance guy at the house, that same night as every one had just fallen asleep the spa started at night and was quiet noisey. Overall nice propertey however our experience was not the best with being woken up twice when you are on holiday.
