Positive: Absolutely everything!! From the pool to the beach view, with easy access to the market and local restaurants with amazing cuisine, (shoutout Galini) Lefteris is an amazing accommodator and will make sure you enjoy your trip to the fullest as well as the cleaning staff which make sure your stay is squeaky clean in such a short time. This place is truly a coupleโ€™s paradise.

Positive: Very well configured with private pool and unobstructed sea views from both the villa and the pool. Very clean and well stocked with everything you could possible need in the villa. The host, Lefteris, was superb. Attentive and helpful throughout he was a brilliant host. Would 100% recommend.

Positive: The location, it was beautifully secluded right on a beachfront. We hired a scooter which meant we could get around the island to all the well known spots, but meant we could return to our peace & quiet at the end of the day. The sunrise is exceptional. The manager Lefteris went out of his way to make every aspect incredible. The villa is kept spotless & there were some special touches that made it even better, again all thanks to Lefteris & his attention to detail. The facilities in the villa were perfect, we didn't want for anything, the bed was large & super comfy, the bathroom well equiped, great air con (much needed in august!), stereo system for some poolside background music if required. The infinity pool was the icing on the cake. Yes, it is close to the airport but you never hear the planes coming in overhead (i say this because when we went to Kamari beach, approx 3km away, the noise was definitely noticeable), you can hear the planes seconds before take off but this was very infrequent & definitely not something that ruined the ambience. This really is a hidden gem & we will be back!!!

Positive: The stay and experience at the villa exceeded our expectations. The villa is located just a few meters from the beach, with a terrace and a pool that overlook the water. It is arranged and organized perfectly for a couple. It seems that a lot of thought has been put into every detail. Beyond all, the services and the host Mr. Lefteris and his willingness to assist with everything were exceptional, to make our stay at the villa perfect

Positive: maybe the only place weโ€™ve stayed where it deserves a higher rating - pretty hard to do since on booking.com its currently 9.9 out of 10! an unbelievably beautiful and very peaceful location away from the busier parts of the island. genuinely breathtaking views of the neighbouring islands and the rising sun. the heated pool even meant we could swim relatively comfortably at night, and the sound of the visiting birds and ocean while very comfortably relaxing outside was magic. The best part was Lefteris hosting capabilities - he really has thought of everything with Incognito, it is really exceptional, and he did absolutely everything and more for us in the short time we stayed at his property. Will definitely be coming back.
Negative: the only negative i can think of is that is a little further away from some of the more popular spots of the island. this really wasnt a problem though, and we actually very much liked this aspect of the property.
