Summary: Place was great and met all expectations. Richard was a super host - giving us early access and an unexpected unit upgrade, We were in town for our daughter's wedding so we didn't get to spend much time there but it was a top notch apartment that we wished we could have enjoyed more.

Summary: An old home divided into a few apartments. Very recently renovated and thoughtfully and beautifully decorated while maintaining the charm of an older home. Very safe and walkable neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants, downtown Andover, and not a bad drive at all into downtown Boston. Owners were very responsive and kind. We would love to return!

Summary: Rick's apartment is beautiful, extremely clean, and well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need and the beds are made comfortable with medium firm mattresses, duvets, extra pillows and blankets. Thanks so much for an enjoyable stay!

Summary: We stayed in this lovely unit for our daughter’s graduation weekend. It is big, bright and beautiful- - we were truly sad to leave! The unit has been very tastefully remodeled and has everything you could want/need. Fully stocked chef’s kitchen with pots, pans, platters, coffee machines (keurrig for individual servings and trad coffee maker for group - we used both!), the layout is great, with 3 bed/en suite bath rooms and generous living space. The unit is beautifully decorated and was a chic and comfortable landing spot for for our family. The owner was very responsive when I had a question; I can’t recommend highly enough.
