Summary: This property is a 11/2 mile walk to Andover Square, minutes from the Phillips Academy campus and bird sanctuary. Pomp’s Pond was a quick ride to new pickleball courts. Easy access to routes 495 and 93. Great restaurants and cute boutiques. The house itself was very comfortable and the fresh eggs from the 5 chickens outback were an extra perk. Joanne and Russ are great hosts!

Summary: Joanne and Ross are excellent hosts who have transformed part of their 1740 historic home into a charming 2 bedroom apartment. The house has wide pine floors and features consistent with a pre Revolutionary War home. However, it has modern conveniences like WiFI, air conditioning, washer/dryer and extensive cable TV with Netflix etc. In addition the property has chickens out back (fresh eggs!!) and a beautiful property with vegetable garden. This apartment is well suited for a longer stay and is very comfortable!
