Positive: The location is undoubtedly the best part of this place. It would have been helpful if the owner had provided a guide highlighting the location’s offerings. We discovered that there was an exit to the mall just two days before our departure. Additionally, we found out that there was free coffee in the lobby. Providing some basic information like this would have been great.
Negative: Is not meant for 4 guests . You can accommodate 4 for a night or two, but is definitively not a 4-people apartment. Also, the building needs some love (blinds, toilet, etc.).
Summary: Great location with a bear minimum of required amenities

Positive: It was an incredibly central location, a few feet away from a store, a mall and the metro station. It made travel a lot simpler and effective across the week, as well as getting groceries and supplies from a variety of places. The checkout was quick, it doesn't ask a lot and they are very communicative. The place was clean spotless and the utilities were great, the gym was a lifesaver too. The room was well maintained and spacious, enough to have a work desk in it. The Bathroom comes with a few things such as toilet paper, soap, etc. You get 2 pods for washing your clothes as well. The TVs had basically everything you could watch in them. All and all, we enjoyed our stay.
Negative: The other reviews about the draft are very real, thankfully it is summer so it wasn't a bad thing for us but good to keep in mind for winter. The toaster didn't work and one of the blinders was missing. In contrast to the bed, the bed-sofa is very stiff, no good for bad backs if you sleep in it, good for just sitting tho.

Positive: First of all the host is very friendly and everything else follows smoothly. From arriving to the property to key collection at the reception and to finally checking in to the property. The place is clean and is very modern, with comfortable bed and complete facilities for daily use.
Negative: No kettle. Cos we are using our own coffee but there was only coffee maker for the coffee available in the property.

Positive: *Location*. 5 minutes to metro train, bus, shopping and food. Security with key fob and a person at desk. Building was nice. Lots of walkers, joggers in neighborhood. Park across the street. Metro takes you into the city and the metropolitan area.
Negative: Dust under bed. No spare blankets or towels. No wash rags. One hand towel. 2 towels that were YMCA quality. Wife was not completely happy with bed. I was ok with it.
