5 Bedroom Villa in Castellaneta Marina

Equipped with a large and beautiful private garden for exclusive use, with private parking for 2 cars, surrounded by a centuries-old pine forest.
Villa Mediterranea was completely renovated in 2017 and is composed as follows:
5 bedrooms including 3 doubles, 1 twin and 1 outbuilding complete with bathroom and 2 beds.
The central body of the house has 2 bathrooms with shower and a small service bathroom accessible from the outside. In total the house has 4 bathrooms!
In addition to having air conditioners, the house can be heated with a hydropellet system and radiators in every room.
In the outdoor area there are: a laundry corner, a barbecue area, an outdoor shower with hot water, a small toilet and two separate relaxation areas equipped with deckchairs, wicker lounges, hammock and rocking chair. The large garden is for the exclusive use of guests.
Ideal for one or more families who want to enjoy the beauty of miles of golden sandy beaches, a clean sea awarded with the BLUE FLAG 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 and relaxing walks in a fragrant pine forest.
The geographical position, facilitated by sliding freeways, makes it possible to reach the most beautiful places in Puglia such as Lecce, Gallipoli, Ostuni, the Itria Valley, Alberobello and Matera, designated European Capital of Culture 2019.
Furthermore, the beautiful golf course of Riva dei Tessali is only 6/7 km away.
Bari airport is about 80 km away, while Brindisi airport is 70 km away with an entirely expressway route.
The villa is equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning in every room. Unlimited ADSL wi-fi and 6 bicycles are available for guests to move around freely and explore the beauty of the place.
Upon request, a cot for children up to three years and a high chair are provided free of charge.
All linen such as sheets, quilts, towels, shower towels, tablecloths, is provided free of charge, as well as all kitchen equipment.
Management fees are included in the price.
Electricity consumption is free of charge up to 100 kWh per week; the excess beyond this threshold is charged to guests at a cost of € 0.50 per kWh.

Summary: Owner was a nice man. Check-in and check out was very easy. Advertisement needs to be adjusted in regards to beds. Number of sleeping places is correct, but its 3 doubles, a single (instead of twin) and aan outbuilding with a double bed. Not a problem if your couples, but if its just friends, prepare to get cosy with each other. Main room only has 1 couch (as showed on pictures) so prepare to drag in the garden furniture for extra seating on cold nights, if you are more than 3 people.

Summary: We stayed here for 6 nights as a family of four including two teenagers. The house is spotlessly clean, everything was as shown in the pictures. All windows have window blinds to make the rooms completely dark.

Summary: We spent one week in at the beginning of September in this lovely and modern house. We had a great time having dinner in the evening outside or drinking our coffee, facing the green garden. The house is clean, cosy, with personal touch and nice decoration in every room. There is an air conditioning in every room ( we don't need it) and fans. The location is perfect to stay on the clean beach (10 minutes walk), awarded with blue flag. Or to combine it with sightseeing (we visited Matera). It is exactly as it is shown in the pictures, so we recommend this house. The communication with the Carmine families is perfect and they are always available and helping in any occasion. We have a nice and relaxing holiday, so we enjoyed it completely. Hope to come back again

Summary: We have a great stay on the Villa Elisabetta. Carmine and his parents are very nice hosts and were availbale during all our stay for any questions. The house is the same as on the picture : big and clean. The beach is at 15 min by feet and the house is just 5 min to the center. A litte precision : the terrain is sloping and that it is not very practical to play for children. This has not been a problem for us but I will specify it for those looking for a great playground. I recommand this house and we will be back !
