In the heart of the Tuscan countryside. CASA PANORAMICA is situated on top of a hill in the municipality of Palaia (Pisa) in the middle of other green Tuscan hills between Pisa and Florence.
The location of the property offers easy access to the coastal beaches and the main towns and tourist attractions of Tuscany.
Spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding countryside! Garden and olive grove on the property (28,000 m2) that includes a swimming pool the size of Mt. 7x4x1,5 h.
The whole house is located on the ground floor and this makes it accessible to people with mobility impairments (note: the bathroom does not allow access with a wheelchair). TV-SAT and WI-FI.

Summary: If you like tuscan landscape as much as we do, this is the place to stay: the panoramic view is extraordinary and the house itself is well equipped and big enough for 4 people.

Summary: We were exceptionally welcomed by the host family and enjoyed every second of our stay. The word Panoramica for the Villa is almost underrated for the stunning views. The nearby village Palaia is a Tuscany jewel and just everything you would like to see is close. A place we certainly want to come back.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Casa Panoramica. The name of the house is very true: the view on Tuscany from the house is overwhelmingly beautiful. The house is relatively small but perfect for four people and has everything one needs during a fortnight stay. Marica and Luca were very generous and helpful hosts. They were always available for support and information. The village of Palaia has a few good, affordable restaurants and lovely icecreams at the Gelataria. We visited Livorno, Pisa, San Gimignano and Lucca. Lucca is absolutely a 'must visit' for everyone.

Summary: We had a very nice stay in Palaia: the house was very clean and had all the things we needed. We all enjoyed the swimming pool a lot (it was also very hot that period). The house is situated 2 kms out of Palaia village. It has an extraordinary view over the Toscane hills. The only noise we had, were barking dogs now and then a few hundred meters further, but that's a very minor pick. Palaia is also perfectly situated to visit all the interesting cities and villages (Firenze, Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, Sienna, San Gimignano, ...1u to 1u30 drive max)). We had a little problem with the doorkeys (which was totally our own fault), but it was perfectly taken care of by the owner herself and the fire brigade, for which we were very grateful. Nothing negative to say here. If we return to Toscane, we will likely come back here again.

Summary: Five stars for a wonderful house. It looks even better than on the pictures. There's everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Even the location is nice since Palaea is a nice village with many Restaurants, small grocery store and a delicious gelataria. Anytime again.

Summary: We had a wonderful time in Casa Panoramica. The house has everything you need, a wonderful garden with a nice pool and a fantastic view over the Tuscan hills. Marica and Luca were there to answer any question and gave tips for visiting the region. Even an appointment with the dentist was arranged when necessary. We also met Matteo and franca the owners of the house. Very nice people. They told us a little bit about their family and the history of the house and olive groves. We brought our dog baloe, a flatcoated retriever. he had the time of his life in the fenced garden and playing there with our 12 year old daughter. We will come back for sure. Summary: The location of the house is just graet: a fantastic view over the Tuscany landscape. It is very quiet, separated from the street boasts a large pool and offers beautiful walks through the olive gardens and the canyon behind the house. The house is very spacious, clean, with a well eqipped kitchen, cosy bedrooms amd a nice living room. It's perfectly suited for great holidays in Tuscany.
