The house, furniture, decoration and accessories are in perfect condition, and all the baby equipment is available.
A very rigorous maintenance and cleaning ensure an impeccable condition of the house and the property.

Summary: The villa, garden and pool are beautiful. The owners came and introduced themselves and were very friendly. It’s a quiet location, but with nice restaurants nearby on the sea front within walking distance. Small harbour with a few shops walking distance, and jet ski hire at the bottom of the hill. Sainte-Maxime town is a short drive and is beautiful. Small supermarket a few minutes drive east down the coastal road. Thank you for a lovely stay, we had an amazing holiday and loved staying in the villa. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: "We stayed in the lovely house overlooking the Mediterranean. The little house is more then roomy enough (as a couple and one baby we didn''t even use the room with the bunk beds), has a nice terrace and is perfectly situated to just relax or to discover the surroundings. Although there is an other little house really close by and the owners live on the same property you have a feeling of being alone. Thanks to the placement (difference in height) of the buildings and the luscious plants nobody disturbs anybody. the pool is just lovely, even on colder days (we were here in October, which is still warm but we had a couple of stormy days too) as it''s heated. Our little baby boy had his first swim here... The owners are very friendly and helpful. We were a bit amazed by the contract we had to sign to rent this place, but all in all I think it''s better like this for everybody. We weren''t used to it with previous rentals, but maybe it''s a good example for all the house owners. To be recommended! "
