Privacy assured on 86acres with open space, extra-large deck, indoor pool that opens to the outside, hot tub, sauna, 3 fire pits, swimmable pond with beach, covered bridge, movie theater, rec space with bar and 9ft pool table all while being within minutes of everything the Bethel area has to offer. This is the perfect space for large gatherings of friends and families to spread out and enjoy time together. Weddings and events are allowed. Please ask for details before booking to assure we can host your event. Prices listed are for up to 12 people. Please enter the number of guests for accurate pricing. This is to create affordable access to the property for smaller groups. If more people stay at the property than booked, the difference in cost and a fee will be deducted from the security deposit. The same applies to pets brought without paying the pet fee. We are trying to be fair with pricing so we ask for the same respect in return. Thank you for understanding.

Summary: We rented this space for our small wedding ceremony and then a larger reception afterwards. The outdoor space provided great options for the ceremony location and for the reception, inside and outside spaces were perfect! We hosted approx. 20 people for the ceremony and had about 120 for the reception and there was enough room. We hosted guests as young as 2 weeks and as old as 92. We didn't have guests in wheelchairs but we did have guests using walkers. That made for some challenges in the upstairs area but downstairs and outside were fine. There was ample parking for all guests in the gravel parking lot and the paved area. The venue was very clean, the staff were so helpful and attentive to our needs, and staying there felt like home. Our wedding and reception were a dream and my family will definitely be back someday! I highly recommend staying here and working with Janna and her team!

Summary: From start to finish, this was hands down the most incredible getaway. We booked for our daughters Sweet 16, as she wanted to make memories with her closest friends rather than have a big party. The thoughtful gift and card from our hosts on arrival for the birthday girl, coupled with gorgeous home and amazing amenities made for the best weekend ever! Can’t wait to come back!!

Summary: Our extended family stayed to ski Sunday River. Proximity to mountain was great. Home is so comfortable, lots of space to hang out. Plenty of air mattresses provided, tons of comfy blankets, the pool was so fun and hot tub an essential apres! Thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Summary: This home has more than exceeded our expectations. Very impressed with the cleanliness, privacy, large range of amenities, beautiful spacious yard and friendly communication. Easy check in and check out. Our family of 16 ranged from ages 5 - 63 and there was never a dull moment. We will most definitely rebook this place again!!!

Summary: We just spent the Thanksgiving break at the Birch Lane property and it was a perfect get-away. My family loved all the entertainment accessories from the full sized indoor pool and hot tub to the movie theater, sauna and game room with air hockey and pool table. We had a great time, especially the kids, and look forward to going back again!
