Positive: Easily one of the best apartments we've stayed in and probably the best view in Madeira! Access to town centre, supermarkets and upscale restaurants are all within walking distance.

Positive: Brilliant stay! From the beginning of arrival, it was positive. With a late flight arrival, we had out of hours check-in, but this was no problem with the host waiting for us outside the apartment to greet us and help with check-in and offering luggage. He showed us round the apartment and provided key information. The property also comes with private parking, which was under the building, which he gave instructions for. The apartment is on one of the higher floors, and the views are even better than what is advertised. Well equipped kitchen and nicely decorated, clean rooms. Air conditioned, which was a great addition with hotter than expected weather for the holiday. The pool on the third floor was a nice bonus. Not massive, but not busy to be an issue and nice place to relax. Loungers are available stacked to use and then put back once finished. It is a great location as only a short walk (10-15 minutes) walk to Sao Martinho or Funchal city to explore or get food. There is a nice patisserie, supermarket, and restaurants just as you come out too. The bed was large and very comfy. Very good privacy is pretty much higher than all buildings. Views are also beautiful due to full windows The kitchen is well equipped. We were looking for an apartment which had the facilities so we could also cook and have a back up due to my partner's dietary requirements (coeliac) and we were self catering for half of the things planned for our holiday. I believe the host also offers further support in making the most of the holdiay from booklet. We didn't explore this, though, only because most of my holiday plans were already planned and booked up by my partner as a surprise. If we had spare time, we would have been happy to contact them for advice or help on booking any excursions or tours Would absolutely recommend and would consider staying there again if we come back to Madeira.

Positive: THE VIEWS!!! Excellent location. The apartment has everything you need including parking on site, washer and dryer, full kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Comfortable bed in the bedroom as well. Everything was very clean. Communication with the host was great.

Positive: Beautifully furnished, nice comfortable big bed, incredible view and can open windows so no need for a balcony really. It was very clean and had everything that we needed whilst here for the week including towels, kitchen items, extra bedding and the air conditioning works well. Great to have parking downstairs and can be accessed directly from the flat with list access (although tight turning in the car park so don’t get a car too big). We felt safe and secure and hardly any noise from other apartments in the building. You are above a road but with the air con running and being a high floor you don’t hear the road noise really unless the windows are open. The apartment is close to supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants and only a short walk into town. We loved staying here so much!
Negative: Nothing everything was great.
Summary: 10/10 stay - we would 100% book this same apartment next time we come to Madeira
