Positive: Pretty much perfect in every way. Nice large comfortable room and no stairs. Linda was a wonderful host. We were able to leave our car and utilise the buses to access Edinburgh which was a bonus. We would highly recommend this guest house to anyone lucky enough to get a booking. 10 out of 10 for us.
