Positive: Location was perfect, great distance to beach and town.
Negative: No coffee machine, spa had a couple of nozzles off but once turned on some ‘residue/bit’s came out so was not too keen to stay in the bath after that. Some webs above the bath, rubbish bin was not emptied in kitchen upon arrival. TV screen (top part) was slightly damaged you can see darker spots. Saturday night there were some WIFI drop outs experienced as well. Considering the cost to pay many more properties had better maintained facilities and more amenities to offer.
Summary: Perfect location but cleanliness and amenities offered can be improved.

Negative: Major selling point for a romantic weekend away with my partner for his birthday was the fireplace, however it didn’t work, when I notified the contact they mentioned it was a known issue that they were waiting for a part, which wasn’t communicated either in the add or by the contact, the lights in the main living area weren’t working, electrician came out almost 24 hours after we arrived. No compensation was offered or even other solutions provided for the inconvenience.
Summary: Great location, fireplace not working as promoted and no power to lights in living space. Disappointing for a winter wee

Positive: Location and design, excellent shower/ bathroom.
Negative: Front garden unkempt, light fixtures outside, dirty. Cobwebs over rafters, ceilings and walls. Floor mats dirty. Bedside lamps with shells, full of dust. Kitchen did surfaces not clean, dish rack unclean, oven could be much cleaner. Gas heater not working.
Summary: Cosy, and comfortable but cleaning should be much better.

Positive: Location convenience close to beach and shops, restaurants
Negative: Microwave plate incorrect for the unit could not rotate. Rubbish cabinet door not closing correctly, toilet hard to flush need to push the button down fully. Front door has to be pushed in to lock as is not closing properly. Front gate latch has a similar problem. These are minor Issues which can be fixed and give future guests a more pleasant experience.

Positive: Lovely appointed cottage. Cosy fire place. Great spa bath. Enclosed outdoor space for our dogs. Walking distance to cafes, beach and shops. Quiet.
Negative: WiFi was slow and useless. Used my own data instead. Couldn't access TV apps like Netflix, probably due to WiFi.

Positive: The cottage was very clean and well appointed with lovely furnishings. The king bed was very comfortable.
Negative: Could not connect to internet - emailed back and forth to owners but did not connect. Indoor gas fire did not work - used reverse cycle heater instead. Bathroom very wet after showering due to steam and water on floor from shower with no door.
