Summary: Unfortunately, we found the place disappointing. There were several maintenance issues to which management company was very slow to respond or responded with "this is best we can do". For example, dishwasher had a broken part so that only the bottom rack worked; bathroom shower leaked badly to which management originally said "just try to close it all the way". It took them two days to send a competent repair person. If you have Verizon, there is no reception in and around the condo. On top of that, WIFI did not work at all during our stay. Management responded that it's provider/network capacity issue and they can not help with it. Old, scratched up pots and pans. Generally, the place needs major upkeep and lacks any sort of hospitality. It is not worth the price.

Summary: Nice, small, family oriented property. The room was nice and comfortable. My only complaint was that since it has a wall unit and no central a/c, the bathroom was HOT all the time.

Summary: We enjoyed the ease of getting to the beach, which is about a 5-minute walk from the condo. The only drawback was the person upstairs would pace back and forth often, which we could hear while trying to sleep.
