Positive: The breakfast was great. Lots of beverage options, great to include breakfast meat as well, loved the ice water and other options. I also cannot believe how inexpensive it was for the quality of the stay. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll absolutely stay again.
Negative: Nothing. It was great.

Positive: I was there to buckle down and write my dissertation. The king suite was a perfect space with a large table to spread my research out, have my computer set up, etc... There was a great couch too that allowed me to prop up and relax while reading through and highlighting data.
Negative: In general, these weren't the biggest deal however, there were multiple spots with some dead bugs laying around. The bathroom was also questionable. There was a jetted tub that was not something I was going near - it just seemed funky. The shower was one that was handicapped accessible (which is always a bonus in my mind). The shower was a handheld that could be mounted. The mount was there but it did not stay on and seemed held together with electrical tape. The "faceplate" on the showerhead actually popped off in the middle of the shower and looked like it was glued on. It was a pretty rough shower. There was also a small kitchenette with a two burner stove (no pots or pans available), a keurig (with a few pods and powder creamer and sweetner), and a cabinet with some dishes and glasses. I opened the one drawer which I had thought would be silverware and appropriate things to cook with. This was not the case - it was a rusty can opener and a plastic spoon and a few packets of ketchup.
Summary: Good stay, definitely not for the long term.

Positive: Lrage clean comfortable rooms most with mountain views. Always clean and a good hot breakfast! Great staff, Front Desk ( Emily, Letisha), Housekeeping ( Corine, Jen. & Letisha) and excellent General Managers ( Yyube & Pooja)! Very comfortable and run as though it is a family owned B & B, relaxed and friendly.
Negative: Many front parking lot poll lights burned out. Dangerous cracks in sidewalks with 3" hip raised lips that many people trip on, a severe accident waiting to happen! Exterior & interior showing clear signs of use and age & badly needs updated & upgraded!! Room TV's very small and need upgraded to new large 4K models to complete with all other area hotels that have already upgraded!
Summary: Always excellent, comfortable and friendly but going down hill fast due to age and lack of updates!

Positive: Large clean comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. Great staff, Front Desk ( Emily, Letisha), Housekeeping(Corine, Jen., Letisha) and Excellent General Managers ( Pooja, Yyube)!!!
Negative: Rooms and facility( inside & outside) are very outdated and badly in need of significant upgrading! Most room have very small outdated TV's need upgraded to much larger 4K models. Very large cracks in two separate sidewalks( left front side and back 3rd floor) that are do to expansion have created 3" high lips which Many quest have tripped on and a very bad accident waiting to happen!!! Both back parking lot side doors broken ( 3rd floor door jammed and has not locked for 18 months and lower door does not closed unless pulled shut after entering) this situation leaves the hotel unsecured thus open to anything from a robbery to assaults or worse!!! Many front parking lot poll lights( 7) burned out. Ownership should strongly consider investing in significantly upgrading this potentially wonderful property !
