Positive: We were happily greated by the owner when we arrived. He was very friendly and had great hospitality. He showed us around while taking us to our rooms, giving us the history behind the whole place. We loved that they gave us a tour of the whole hotel, telling us the stories of this place and even showing us pictures from what it looked like before. We loved that they had a complimentary breakfast, coffee and drinks of many varieties. We were even giving a bottle of wine on the house. They offered to get us anything that we may need and always made sure to check up on us. The effort that they put into the place to keep it clean and welcoming is very shown. The hospitality and atmosphere there was excellent and we did not have any bad experiences with our stay there.
Summary: Absolutely fantastic place to stay and it was gorgeous!

Positive: Just an absolute EXTRAORDINARY property with GREAT location in regards to downtown Greensburg. I can PERSONALLY attest to the fact that the owners of this amazing property are PASSIONATE about ensuring their guests have the BEST experience they can possibly have.
Negative: I personally would have liked a small TV in the room BUT, I understand that this amazing property really is meant for people looking for tranquility, relaxation and to be pampered, and not spend all day in their room watching TV. There was a HUGE screen TV in the common eating area.
Summary: Felt like I was living a dream as a KING in a spectacular old mansion (maybe even haunted).

Positive: We were more than pleased with the employees and the wonderful interaction with the owners. We were treated like royalty from the moment we checked in. I will be returning in the future.🤗 I must enjoy a different suite each visit in the future, so I can enjoy the beautiful antiques. 👍

Positive: Great breakfast and goodies. Very friendly staff that really made us feel at home. The first floor is AMAZING.
Negative: Heating/cooling vent needs adjustment so it does not vent directly onto the bed. Make for a cold summer night.
