Summary: If you have a low car, it will drag on the way into the parking garage, but the location feels safe. My car was not broken into while I was there.

Summary: The location was great. The free parking was a big plus. The room was clean & modern but the bed was way too firm for me. Couldn’t stream apps through the tv which was annoying. I know it’s a budget hotel but most hotels have that feature.

Summary: We had a room with 2 king beds... very spacious and really liked our room. However, there were no hooks or towel bars anywhere to hang up our towels! When asked for extra coffee, the front office associate didn't seem happy about it and didn't give me the number that I requested. Also, they didn't have decaffeinated coffee. We enjoyed our room and liked the location.

Summary: We stayed 8 nights at the Inn. Staff was polite when met and cleaners visited the rooms every day. Location-price combination is great and it’s short enough trip to downtown or northern shore of the bay - so great place to start and end daily trips in that area. If you are travelling with car, it’s good to know that parking is free of charge - even thought the parking spots are rather tight for average US cars. Few things were little unpleasant on our stay: -Everything and I mean everything that happens outside the rooms can be heard in the rooms. -All the rooms our party had booked had very pungent smell that wouldn’t go away by airing the rooms. All clothes had to be washed multiple times after the trip to get rid of this smell.

Summary: Free parking is included with you stay. The room was clean and area is safe. Only complaint I have is the hotel flooring. We stayed on the second floor and can hear the people above our room. It is really loud when someone above your room is walking or moving stuff around. I would suggest staying on the 3rd floor if you are a light sleeper or pray that someone above you aren't walking around all night.
