Summary: Free parking is included with you stay. The room was clean and area is safe. Only complaint I have is the hotel flooring. We stayed on the second floor and can hear the people above our room. It is really loud when someone above your room is walking or moving stuff around. I would suggest staying on the 3rd floor if you are a light sleeper or pray that someone above you aren't walking around all night.

Summary: Great location, friendly staff. Rooms are not as nice as the pictures show. Clean enough…but the blinds wouldn’t close completely, so we had to hang a blanket over so that people walking by couldn’t see into our room. The phone was broken. The floor was mushy- felt like we were going to fall through if we stepped too hard coming out of the bathroom. But even with all that, it was close to everything we wanted to do.

Summary: Insisted we pay for a stained towel which I then easily washed out in the sink until it to was white again. There was no damage to the room but they kept our 200$ cash deposit.

Summary: Internet is very week，cannot keep going on。the elevator seems a hundred years old and not relyable。Ofcourse the location is great and very convenient。

Summary: The only thing I found that was a problem is the fact that the hotel doesn’t have carpeted floors. We were on the second floor and could hear every single movement the room above us made.

Summary: This was our first time staying here. The location was fantastic! We walked a mile to Ghirardelli and then continued on to Pier 39. There were lots of food options nearby and we felt safe walking around. The rooms are clean and basic.
