Summary: What a wonderful getaway! You can not beat the location - easy free parking and then you can walk to the restaurants, shops and even the beach! The Inn Managers Angie & Carol made us feel like family - so warm & pleasant. We loved the breakfasts, especially the unique table where they have everything ready for you and the others can make your pancakes while you chit chat about your plans for the day. We met some very nice people that were also guests of the Inn. I can’t wait to go back!

Summary: This is the place to stay in New Smyrna. We felt at home and at ease from the moment we walked in. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and well appointed. The location is easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach, but it it also feels like an intimate setting. The breakfast was amazing each day we stayed. Highly recommend.

Summary: If I could give the Inn on the Avenue more than 5 stars, I would give it a 10. Carol was a fantastic hostess and went well above and beyond our expectations. The description on Hotels.com doesn't do it justice. The recommendations for local restaurants, every themed room meticulously designed and the breakfast in the morning making this a 10 star B&B. Thank you Carol for a phenomenal experience. We will be back!

Summary: The House is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The hospitality warming and breakfast an amazing experience. We had the opportunity to meet and interact with other guest and prepare our pancakes right at the dinner table! Yes those are griddles on the table :)

Summary: My wife and I stayed for a couple of days on our way to Key West. We’ve been to this area before and thought we’d try a different option of lodging. The room was spotless and the property was very well kept. As far as our visit, I think it’s a good thing when you feel the need to give the on-site manager- Carol- a hug before you leave. She made us feel like friends. We will absolutely be back for our future visits! Thanks very much, Sharon and Larry

Summary: Our hostess was the best part! And that’s saying something because everything from the quaint rooms to the delicious breakfast was excellent. After a day of nonstop driving, seeing and hearing such kindness upon arrival was so refreshing. Very attentive and a great conversationalist. My daughters and I had a most relaxing stay. Hope to return sometime soon.

Summary: Inn on the Avenue was terrific place to stay! We will definitely be going back and recommending to others. You can walk to so many place to beach, shop, or eat. Great restaurants very close by. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was delicious!
