Summary: Dear Newport Hotel Group, I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at Inn on the Square in Falmouth, MA and wanted to share some feedback about my experience. While the location was pleasant, there were several aspects of the stay that were disappointing and significantly impacted my comfort: 1. Excessively Thin Walls: Noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway was very noticeable, making it difficult to relax or sleep peacefully. 2. Uncomfortable Bedding: The pillows provided were extremely flat, offering little to no support and contributing to an uncomfortable night’s rest. 3. Room Location and Inconvenience: The room was located directly near the main entrance and lobby, which met us with unpleasant scents of food from Percy’s Breakfast and lingering scents throughout the evening. I chose Inn on the Square expecting a restful and quality experience, and unfortunately, these issues made the stay less enjoyable than anticipated. Summary: We've stayed here many times. It's very convenient. The only issue we've ever had is that the walls are so thin that you here everything in the rooms next to yours.

Summary: The staff was lovely at this hotel. It’s a short walk to restaurants and super convenient to the Shining Sea bike path entrance. We rode our bikes from the hotel to the woods hole/Vineyard ferry- a flat 3.5mi ride

Summary: Tired of the $25 amenities fee for water and coffee in room that was always free! Dusty rug caused allergic reaction.Neigjboring room had a DOG Barking and when i complained they did nothing even tho animals aren’t allowed. I told them I was allergic to dogs but it didn’t matter. Front desk was useless.
