The Cape Cod Sanctuary… New Listing!! This newly renovated home, with its Japanese influenced gardens was designed purposely, lovingly and thoughtfully to create beauty and provide a deeply peaceful atmosphere for your own renewal and refreshment.
The property is well located in West Falmouth Harbor, and includes private beach rights to a beautiful association ocean beach which can be walked to from the house. This area tends to be fairly quiet but is only a short drive to the nearby towns of Falmouth and Woodshole. The home, itself, is filled with light… has a Lovely kitchen featuring granite counter tops, tile flooring, new Bosch dishwasher and other new furnishings. The living room is comfortably furnished and is also very light and airy with its many windows. There are two bedroom both with new Beautyrest firm mattresses; one bedroom has a queen size bed while the other has a kingsize bed. . Our two beds can comfortably accommodate four guests and a fifth guest may be accommodated as well: we have a quality electric twin inflatable mattress which is high off the floor. This twin can be placed in one of the bedrooms or in the livingroom..
This home offers high quality bed linens, and towels for your convenience. The kitchen is also equiped with the necessary cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, cooking pans, blender, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker to make your stay comfortable.
This home also includes wi-fi, a flat screened tv, and fans in the bedrooms and living room. A seven night minimum is requested on most reservations with check in on Saturdays with departures on Saturdays A stay of fewer days may be granted with permission from the owner. Summary: The convenience of this home as well as the private beach are amazing. We had many beautiful days at the beach, sometimes we were the only ones there. Lots of seashells and a nice area to swim. The house was clean and has everything we could need. We will be back again!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at The Cape Sanctuary. It is a cute little house in a great location with everything that you would need while vacationing. The beds are very comfortable, and the bedrooms are nicely air conditioned. It is a short walk to a very small private beach, but I would recommend going to the public beaches for a beach day which are also closely located to the house. The owners were very easy to communicate with and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable!

Summary: I stayed here with my wife and two young kids in August 2018 and we had an awesome week. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quaint well-maintained cottage in West Falmouth with easy access to a beautiful private beach on Little Island. The beach is quiet, truly private and full of views, including the sunset! The water is calm and a good temperature, both key for those of you who have young kids or those who do not like rough waters. The house also came equipped with a handy wagon to carry the four beach chairs courtesy of the homeowners, and anything else you need for a beautiful walk through the Little Island neighborhood to the beach. The owners (Donna and Tony) were responsive and accommodating to our needs. I think they will be adding some air conditioners too! That will be great for some of the warmer Summer months. Location is prime proximity to restaurants and stores throughout Falmouth! Enjoy this lovely gem and don’t hesitate to book.
