Summary: Staff was excellent and helpful. They actually have people that will help you with your luggage. That is so hard to find these days. My only complaint was the room had a weird fish smell.

Summary: Shower wasn’t working due to broken diverter and tub wasn’t draining. These were issues that should have been checked before assigning the room. They couldn’t switch us to a different room but staff responded quickly and were able to fix it. Cooktop wasn’t powerful enough and took over 20 minutes to boil water so we couldn’t use it. Pool and pickleball courts were great.

Summary: This is definitely not a hotel or luxury resort but an apartment complex, individually owned but managed by Salamander Resorts. Out dated building, out dated in furnishings and smells like an old people’s home. The images on Hotels.com make it look fantastic. The golf course @ nearly $700 for 3 players is run down and poorly managed. Over priced and under whelmed.

Summary: Great facility, so much to do! Played some golf (Copperhead & Island) and enjoyed the pool! Food was amazing at all the places we ate, but Packards was exceptional!
