Positive: Kind host, free parking on the road and you can make use of the kitchen! There was also some stuff for free to use. Coffee, cookies :) Price was good.

Negative: The bathroom and bedroom are not connected. You share the hall with another room, and you both have to pass through it to reach the bathroom. Walls aren’t very thick so you can hear everything from your neighbours. It was a bit far away from la spezia, so you needed a car of the bus (but was very easy)

Summary: Good for 2 days when you’re travelling by car and would like to go to 5terre
