Positive: Location: Really good location on the better side of magaluf in my opinion for less crowds, better beaches with more space and as a solo traveller, perfect for access to the main magaluf party strip. Facility: The rooms and communal areas were very clean with good amenities, there was room service and cleaners inside throughout the day and night and they were very helpful. The location is a destination in itself also as locals often visit the momentum square where the building is the central landmark and the rooftop bar/infinity pool area on a weekend. It is very popular for middle aged locals to come and socialise on a Friday/Saturday night. Staff: All staff are very friendly and helpful, from the staff at reception, to the room cleaning / maintenance staff, to the people in the restaurant area. Everybody says hola and greets with a smile which I found really good. All staff work really hard 24/7 and are never lazy, they are all always working and willing to work with a positive attitude!! This hotel has definitely done a good job at selecting the right team. Food: The restaurant is okay, I think some days the food is better than others.
Negative: Restaurant food: I think the restaurant experience has room for improvement. The staff are great in the restaurant but the food needs some improvement. Breakfast: The breakfast spread and selection is okay but some work needs to be done to keep the food hot. The hot food selection is always cold as it is not adequately kept warm which ruins the taste experience. There needs to be a food warmer covering all the hot food to keep the temperature hot or warm. The plate they currently use to sit the food on either doesn’t work or is never turned on. I like the fact that you are able to get fresh juices and hot drinks for breakfast as well as yoghurts and other fruits. The breakfast is good value for money all-in-all. Dinner: The dinner menu needs the most work, again the food temperature needs improvement but also the selection on offer. If I were to stay again I’d only get breakfast included instead of the half board, I’d rather eat out for dinner. Solo traveller / young person: If you’re a solo traveller or young person maybe consider staying elsewhere as this location is more for adults and families. It’s nice and quiet though on most nights (apart from Saturday nights when roof club is on til 12am).

Negative: Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the room facilities, on Booking it says that there is a kettle and ironing facilities available, but there was nothing like that in the room. I relied on this, so I didn’t bring an iron and expected to be able to make tea in the room. Breakfast was rich and tasty, but dinner was quite disappointing, very little choice and no drinks included at all. On the first evening, a waitress came to our table and asked what we would like to drink. We ordered two orange juices, and only after she brought them did she tell us we had to pay extra 8€ for two small 250ml juices, which feels really overpriced. The hotel itself looks modern and has good potential, but I would appreciate more transparency about the room amenities and drinks policy during dinner

Negative: in the reception in the checkout it was so rude, they call me in my room at 12:00pm to remind me the checkout time and i asked if i can stay just 30min because i want to prepare my luggage the answer it was so rude they tell me ( NO YOU HAVE TO GO OUT NOW ) In a rude manner.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Innside by Meliá Calviá Beach! The hotel is modern, stylish, and perfectly located just steps from the beach. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always making us feel welcome. Breakfast had a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, and the rooftop pool/bar was an amazing spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. The atmosphere was vibrant but still relaxing, perfect both for couples and families. Everything was well-organized, and we felt truly taken care of. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Calviá and look forward to returning on our next trip! 🌴✨

Positive: Rooftop is amazing, the swimming pool and view from the rooftop were the best. Beds are comfy and big! Room is spacious and clean.
Negative: The hotel has two buildings and we stayed in the 2nd building. It was a bit unusual and felt a bit lack of privacy due to passing through public place (street) to access the other building.
Summary: The view is amazing. Everything is close for a nice walk at the evenings and eat. Nice public beach with some beach club

Positive: The general feel of the hotel is very relaxing. Reception very nice and the staff very helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Negative: If i had to say anything the breakfast was a little disappointing. Breakfast starts at 7am and if you get there at 7am the "hot food" is cold, literally just out the fridge. I think they need to turn the hot plates on a good 40mins before service.
