The ulitmate urban experience. Originally a Ford Model- T dealership built in 1905, this is a piece of St. Louis history. Today, it's a massive 3 bedroom / 2 bath loft with soaring 20-foot ceilings perfectly suitable for weekend getaways, sporting or concert event, visiting friends at SLU, or actors in town for the Fox. Also available for photoshoots (engagement, brand, portfolio, etc).
As seen on HGTV, the space is breathtaking. I outfitted it with both designer furniture and pieces from local artists.
On the main level, you'll find the living area, a fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen complete with a granite breakfast bar along with a coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of plates, cooking utensils, and spices to use as you wish.
Upstairs, you'll find the loft bedroom with a spectacular nighttime view where you can sleep under the stars.
Down below you'll find two bedrooms with queen beds, a giant pit sofa that sleeps two, facing a 120-inch projection screen with an Amazon fire stick and a complete library, shared bathroom, and washer and dryer.
There is a private rear entrance and free private parking. You can safely and freely leave your car steps from the back door. Come and go as you please.

Summary: We came in for 2 nights of shows at Chafeitz and this place was the perfect location. We could walk to and from the shows with ease. Great location to restaurants in the area. The place was like an art gallery with cool features throughout. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve experienced in a rental. The host was very friendly and excellent with communication for check in and recommendations for good places to eat. Would 100% stay here again.

Summary: If James Bond had a loft in St. Louis, this is what it would look like. Hands down the coolest place I’ve stayed at. A work of art & so much fun. Great hosts. Great experience. 10/10.

Summary: My family stayed here for three nights. The property is just as described, and the host was wonderful. The location was a quick drive to most things you would want to do in the city. Our primary reason for being there was to go to Cardinals baseball games. The stadium was less than 10 minutes away. The area surrounding the property is eclectic. There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance. However, grocery stores and other amenities are a car ride away. We felt very safe in the property. We were in St. Louis during a heat wave. The loft bedroom was very warm during the day, but cooled down enough at night to be usable. Also, the loft bedroom is a true loft which means the people using that room do not have complete privacy. This may or may not matter to potential guests. Bottom line - we will stay here again next time we are in St. Louis. I highly recommend.

Summary: Everything was perfectly comfortable and perfectly equipped —and beyond!! This is a house filled with entertaining options for every age: a gourmet kitchen, enourmous color coordinated library, a stack of games, a home theater and a slot machine!!

Summary: We rented this property for our company to stay in during the USITT Conference and Expo that took place downtown at the Americas Center in March. It was a straight, 10-minute shot down Washington to the house from the Convention Center which made the daily commute a breeze. The house was impeccably well-appointed and boasted great restaurants and shopping nearby. The 'Best Restaurant in St Louis' was less than 2-blocks away from the house, Pappy's, and it did not disappoint! Vito's was amazing Italian, and Field Foods was great for groceries. It was easy to interact with Ryan and his home really gave us a sense of the kind of individual he is - well-read, educated, cultured and very cool! I would definitely rebook this location for my next St Louis adventure.

Summary: Stayed with our 3 kids and the rental lived up to expectations. When we were at the rental we spent most out time lounging with the kids watching movies on the projector screen. Hard to beat parking right outside the front door. Place is full of great little details, has great character, and you can tell the owner has put their heart into it.
