Positive: The location was good. The place was clean, lots of clean towels, dishes, cups, glasses, fridge, microwave and even a first aid kit. The host responded to messages in a timely manner . There was a train station about 10 minutes walk away.
Negative: The apt didn't come with a sofa bed as advertised on Booking.com. My sister had to sleep on a sofa that didn't open out. I asked about that and received an explanation but that was a major thing because I needed two beds. Also there was no dish detergent. We had to wash our cups with hand soap. A small amount of dish soap would have been useful so we can clean up the dishes.

Negative: Being 6’3”, there were low ceilings. Anyone over 6’1”, watch out…but I’d stay there again.

Positive: Mohammed is an exceptional host. There were no issues and the accommodations are good. Close to Sutphin Blvd. (main area of Queens) and Carmichael’s breakfast…..omg! Anyone booking here would definitely enjoy their stay. My new home when I travel back and forth.

Positive: Location is good, close to airtrain and restaurants.the unit is very clean and has a free high speed wi-fi. Bed is very comfortable and very clean.
Negative: The description and the name are ground but the unit is underground unit (basement). The bathroom has a step up about a feet above the floor level which makes it very difficult for older person to enter the bathroom, especially with the low ceiling inside the bathroom. Also in the description said it has a sofa bed but it's only loveseat not sofa bed which is not opening as a bed.
Summary: It's a pleasant stay but I'd like it more if the description and the picture were accurate.
