Summary: It was a great room, friendly and helpful staff. There was a good selection for breakfast served with a smile :-) The concierge staff were excellent with great recommendations for dinning out and seeing the best of the city.

Summary: Wonderful location, very close to the Chain Bridge and very convenient to public transportation. The staff was wonderful. My wife had a medical issue, and the hotel provided a car to and from an urgent care center at no cost to us. The rooms were clean and spacious. We would gladly stay there again if we visit Budapest

Summary: Best location in Bdp overlooking the Danube and Castell hill. Still dreaming about the wiev. Right at the Danube and next to the city centre. Perfect personel. We will BE BACK.

Summary: The location on the Danube cannot be beat. The staff is very well trained, professional and courteous. A shout out to the front desk team for their top notch customer service. My room window was literally framing the Buda castle like a masterpiece. Would highly recommend for a great experience in this jewel of the Danube.
