Negative: I imagined the rooms to be bigger. The rooms are very small, limited wardrobe space. Limited table work space.

Positive: The staff were excellent. They were very attentive to making my stay comfortable. This is most especially true about Gina at reception and Grace and Theresa in the breakfast dining room on the 7th floor.
