Summary: Probably not the best area of the city for tourism (business area mostly) but staff knows their work that's for sure. Good meals at the restaurant, and slept very well in a nice spacy and quiet room.

Summary: It is always a fantastic, first-class stay at Intercontinental Hotels and the Wellington is no different. We received a free upgrade (big Thank You!) and the room was superb! Service was outstanding and we are looking forward to our return in a few nights time!

Summary: Good central position, nice and quiet rooms, comfortable bed just let down slightly by the staff. We hung both towels up for reuse but they took them anyway and only left one, asked early evening for a second towel but it didn’t turn up until the next morning. Breakfast was nice they don’t clear used plates etc away until your table is covered, not what I’d expect from a 5star hotel.

Summary: The king size bed was TERRIBLE! The mattress had a 3” pad that the sheets never stayed tucked in. It was like sleeping on a pile of loose sheets. It felt terrible under the covers. We would never stay at this hotel EVER! House keeping was not good at all. Never left enough toilet paper or tissues. Never restocked the small creamers in the mini fridge.
