Positive: Room was clean with good view and bed is comfy and overall nice set up. William at the reception was very helpful when we checked out. Dinner at the Grill on new year's eve was great too - Abby was nice in her service with smiling face.

Negative: Gym was a bit small but still ok. wish we can have free upgrade to sea view room as I am member of IHG group
