Tres Palmas Inn and Villas has been in operation following strict guidelines for the prevention of COVID19. Rincon has almost returned back to normal with restaurants and shops in operation. Though, we remain vigilant in our protocols and also in the conservation and maintenance of our reserve water tanks and industrial generator.
The Vine Room is a studio for 2 or single looking for quiet time by the ocean. Clean, simple, and quiet, this studio has lots of windows, a compact refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and air-conditioner as well as 3 ceiling fans. This unit comes with most Estate Amenities such as WiFi, Satellite Dish TV, access to the newly installed swimming pool and on site laundry facilities. Located on a 4 acre estate right in front of the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve, there is plenty of open green spaces and spectacular ocean, sunset and mountain views.

Summary: My husband & I stayed in the Vine Room for two nights and loved it! It was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and comfortable! The beachfront property is absolutely beautiful and the pool was a great addition too! Check in and out was extremely easy. Communication with the property manager was amazing and very efficient! My husband left something in the room and didn’t realize it. Not even an hour after checkout, the property manager let us know and arranged for us to get our items! Overall, a fantastic experience! We will definitely be back!

Summary: My and my partner loved our stay here at tres palmas! The room was just the right size for the 2 of us, the facilities were great and we had a nice communal pool. Theres a lovely beach near by with a great little stall where you can buy a range of amazing smoothies. Not too far from Rincon's town centre either which was very handy! If we ever make it back to PR, we'd definitly stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Summary: The Vine room was the perfect size for my husband and my Rincon getaway! The room had everything we needed. And I enjoyed being able to hear the ocean from our room. The beach is a quick walk down the hill and the property is also within walking distance to another great beach area at the marina. There are also a couple restaurants near the marina we enjoyed.

Summary: We had a great relaxing stay at The Cottage and the Vine Room. We were wrapping up an extended stay for our sons wedding with our whole family including 2 baby grandchildren and we had a great time! Both homes were very clean and comfortable. Thank you!
