This newly built house is our "Seaview getaway". It is ideal for two persons, but it can sleep four.
There is a bathroom with washing machine, tumble dryer and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave and dishwasher.
From your bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, you have a stunning view of the archipelago and the cruise ships just in front of you.
In the evening you can also enjoy the Jacuzzi.
This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest and be part of the archipelago area in an exclusive setting. The cottage is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.
There are plenty of romantic walks in the area.
Bed linen, towels and bathrobes are always included.
Kayaks can be rented for a discounted price (from our own private pier).

Summary: We had a truly lovely week at the property, which is small but perfectly formed. The outside space is just fantastic. The view over the archipelago is beautiful and changes all the time as the weather changes, including a spectacular complete double rainbow. Lots of boats going up and down to watch, both big and small. The house is connected to Markus' (owner) house and he has another small traditional cabin that he also rents and which lies just to the side of this property. This means that the people renting the cabin may walk across this property's outside space if they want to go to the main house. Also, the cleaners arrived to clean the adjacent cabin and took the wrong path to the cabin which meant they walked up the side of this property and could see right in while we were still in bed. All in all, I myself and my husband really enjoyed the week, just hanging out, taking small walks in the local area and staring at the view.

Summary: We had the most amazing time in Markus’ place. It is equipped so well with everything you need and is a great size! Everything is so comfortable and lovely. The hot tub was amazing and the view is absolutely spectacular. The landscape was covered in snow while we were there which made for the most fantastic Christmas! Our friends are already asked where we stayed and we hope to be back soon!!

Summary: This is a lovely, exceptionally well equipped, 2 storey light and airy apartment with fantastic views over the Archipeligo. A car is essential to properly explore the locality, and as there are no bars or shops around. You need to stop off in Akersberga for provisions.. including the alcohol store! Markhus is happy to sit down and talk through the best places to visit, walk, swim etc, and we found his tips spot on.

Summary: Perfect location and great views, however do not choose this location if you want to come with kids as kids make noise. Also suggest it is mentioned in the presentation of the property. Perfect location for quiet couples though....

Summary: We really loved our short holiday in this completely new built house in Scandinavian style where we could enjoy the Stockholm Archipelago and the Swedish Nature. The place is a true gem with everything we could wish for; amazing sea view; Jacuzzi, direct access to the beach and a private pier by some staircases and a little nature path. The place is only built for renting out so we could make ourselves at home. They had all the stuff we expected and more (like soda stream, cosy lighting, morning ropes etc.) and all was fresh and brand-new. The owners where very friendly and gave us a lot of good hints of what to do in the area. We will definitely come back; it was an amazing, romantic get-away.
