Summary: Had a layover in Boston and unfortunately our flight to our destination got canceled and rebooked for 2 days later. Found this hotel because it was the only one decently priced and available close to downtown-ish. The staff was super busy with all the folks needing accommodations, but wow kudos for keeping it calm. They were so friendly and made check in a breeze. The rooms here are STUNNING and extremely clean. We feel super comfortable after a very long day at the airport with 2 young kids and 2 elderly parents. Can’t wait to explore the area tomorrow!

Summary: The stay at the Iris Hotel Boston was perfect! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate, make comfortable, welcome us. The bartender was outstanding! The room was beautiful with every need anticipated. Convenient and fun neighborhood with many restaurant, cuisine, shopping and transportation options. I will certainly be back!

Summary: We booked a room for six people with a sofa bed, but no bedding was prepared for the sofa bed. When we requested it, the bedding was provided, but the comforter insert was not even put inside the cover, so we had to set it up ourselves. The parking fee also seemed a little expensive, which was a bit disappointing. However, the facilities were clean and the staff were generally friendly and helpful, so overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

Summary: Staff are super friendly, accommodating, very professional and courteous. Had no issues getting a slightly earlier check-in so I could make it to my dinner reservation. Valet service was a nice touch. Rooms were amazingly clean and the beds were some of the most comfortable beds I have slept on. Restaurant was over-priced but I expect that at a high end hotel. Waterfall showers were so nice. Just be aware the kitchenettes do not come stocked with anything, you have to bring your own dishes & utensils which is kind of weird. Would definitely stay here again 10/10

Summary: The rooms were beautiful, the staff was professional, welcoming and helpful. The first person who greeted us was very accommodating and helped us book our first excursion on the Duck Boat and showed us where to board the T. Loved the decor in the rooms.
