Spacious holiday home (semi-detached house) with terrace and garden, several bedrooms, fully equipped, modern, beautiful kitchen, new bathroom with country house flair, with shower and towel dryer. Underfloor heating everywhere, and in addition a fireplace with glass pane and tiled stove in the kitchen. Towels, bed linen and final cleaning included, prices always for 2 people, minimum stay: 3 nights, car is an advantage, next to the birthplace Roy Black!

Summary: Our first impressions of the house online were really good, especially looking at the reviews. We expected a bit more so we were surprised when we arrived.. There is a neighbour living in the same building, but has a different entrance. The person will be right underneath one of the bedrooms, basically forcing you to be very quiet as you don't want to disturb your downstairs neighbour. The house looked different from the pictures (we expected a different look, more open areas). The house is filled with cute little cozy rooms, but is located in a very quiet town (you will need a car if you want to do any type of activity). The yard seemed more promising in the pictures than it actually was, it didn't look inviting in real life.. There were quite some lighting problems in the house with multiple rooms having broken lights and flickering lights. Our overall stay was really good, the house is perfect for a small group and has a nice cozy feel to it.

Summary: We were a group of 9 people for Oktoberfest. Less than 1h to Munich. Clean, with parking place, all the necessary kitchen appliances. Great host

Summary: A very beautiful house with all the comfort . We were here in 7 persons and there was a lot of place. The bedrooms are very nice with a attic roof. I highly recommend.

Summary: This little treasure made our 5 night holiday so much better than we could have ever hoped for. I have so many Great things to say about the house! It was super modern! We stayed with our 3 year old son and he just loved it, it suited our family perfectly. The stainless steel brand new appliances made for a very nice stay. The fireplace was super quaint, the heated floors were super!!! The front living room was perfect for our son to play and watch TV, and to unload our shopping trips! The owner was super in dealing with schedules and departures and arrivals. Despite SUPER foggy conditions , with the GPS we were able to find the place pretty easily. The washer/dryer in one was AWESOME, and finally the location was ideal for us as we went to LEGOLAND, Neuschwastein Castle, Ingolstadlt Outlet Shopping, and drove into Munich City Center to go to Sealife Munich and Olympiapark. There was a local market just a few minutes away from the house, and a REWE within about 15 minutes where we did most of our shopping to cook at the house. Highly recommend for a holiday stay, especially with children who do not adapt to change in environment well. Thanks so much for making our holiday stay a GREAT memorable event.

Summary: We loved everything about this place! The pictures give a good sense of the garden style, which was beautiful, peaceful, and well done. The house has an old feel yet everything is modern and up-to-date. Even though the pictures were great we were pleasantly surprised by the balcony off of the upstairs master bedroom and the extra toilet upstairs. We were very comfortable in the house with our four children, (ages 7-14) who also loved it. They were all happy with their beds and enjoyed the games and books provided. The village is small and picturesque. Everyone was very friendly from the neighbors to the biergarten across the street. Heike herself was wonderful. She helped with all of our questions including car repair and the best swimming pools. We also enjoyed visiting Neuschwanstein and other activities in the area. We would definitely return (would love to see it in the winter) and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
