Positive: It’s very corporate and clinical

Negative: Went there for a leisure break. Rooms were noisy had to pay for spa facilities which is written on small prints Pictures of the hotel facilities are deceiving I could have had a far better hotel with all spa facilities and breakfast included for what I paid to this hotel stay

Positive: I loved my stay here! The staff are SO friendly and helpful, the restaurant food was phenomenal and the spa and locations were great! It was very easy to get around the city on foot and it was close to many bus stops. I can’t wait to come back to Palma when it is warmer season to use the pools and visit the beaches. I will definitely stay here again!

Positive: Everything! The staff were beyond helpful and always in good spirits. The pool and pool bar was beautiful for an urban hotel, and everything was walkable from the hotel. My room was beautiful and light and even though I didn’t have a balcony, it really didn’t matter!

Negative: Nothing to dislike

Summary: Great hotel, lovely staff, coming back!
