This comfortable, beautiful and bright apartment has a surface of 80 m² and has been recently renovated and decorated. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 people.
The apartment, distributed on one level, offers a fully equipped independent kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. The beautiful living room has a dining table and a comfortable sofa, as well as a flat-screen TV, free WiFi. Double doors open onto a wonderful terrace with a dining table and views of the pool. The accommodation consists of a spacious master bedroom with a double bed and a second beautiful bedroom with two single beds.
In the common areas of the residential you can enjoy an impressive garden with grass and a large swimming pool that surrounds the garden. Everything is designed to spend a wonderful vacation with all the comforts.

Summary: El apartamento está muy bien,tiene de todo.Por poner algo negativo que la habitación 2,no tiene aire acondicionado por lo que se pasa calor.Por cierto la piscina está muy bien,grande y con una profundidad buena. Sólo lo del aire acondicionado de la habitación 2.

Summary: Todo. Funcionó todo a la perfección incluido AA y wifi. La calidad del sueño muy buena. La piscina enorme. Muy buena ubicación. Parquing en el recinto. Atención del personal de Rock Rentals muy correcta. Por decir algo que la normativa de convivencia del recinto en lo que a ruido y horarios de uso de la piscina vimos que no era respetada por algunos de los propietarios, habiendo ruido de conversaciones en algunas terrazas tarde en la noche y gente que usaba la piscina antes de las 10.00 de la mañana y después de las 20.00.

Summary: Apartamento muy limpio, con una decoración muy bonita, dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones cómodas. Se encuentra cerca de la única playa de arena que tiene Javea, se puede ir andando. La piscina de la urbanización es muy grande y está muy cuidada, tienen socorristas durante todo el día. La cafetera, era muy antigua, de filtro y no terminaba de funcionar bien. No estaba acorde con el resto de comodidades del apartamento.

Summary: it was quite plain from the outside as you drove up but the apartment and pool were both great. The apartment was clean and welcoming and met our needs. it was a little chilly on an eve.. we did visit in October after all! I was glad of the bed socks n hoodies I had packed

Summary: Lovely little walk to beach, shops, restaurants. Pool was fantastic. Facilities were just right Washing machine is a lovely facility. 2 single beds could be better especially when 2 adults use them. Deck chairs or loungers that can be used to Carry back and fore the pool area. These are recommendations only definitely did not ruin our holiday It was perfect.

Summary: Accomodation was excellent, location and the pool superb also has life guards. Surrounding grounds kept extremely well. Rock Rentals informative and friendly The only thing I would say would be air con in the 2nd bedroom and shutters.
