Positive: Excellent view of the public park and sunsets from the lanai. Comfortable furnishings. Good parking behind the building. Quiet at night.
Negative: We couldn't open the unit with the keypad code when we arrived. Ended up calling the night manager, who came over promptly and replaced the batteries in the lock. After that, it worked fine.
Summary: Comfortable stay, with nice furnishings and a great ocean view.

Positive: The rental was exceptional in so many ways. Clean, family fiendly, modern, all the creature comforts and incredible views of the ocean and location right next to many places right on S. Kihei. This appartment had two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, omplete kitchen, a family area with plenty of seating, extra wide balcony area, and all the amenities from first aid kits to beach supplies. The owners and rental company did not leave a detail out. The check in process and communication was smooth and efficient. Safe parking on premesis was a bonus. Our family was so comfortable and made our daughter's destination wedding in Maui a truly memorable experience.
Negative: The elevator was a little slow, plan ahead with groups going up and down. No gym facilities but a nice pool was available. Can be a little loud with traffic, park maintenence for small moments. Didnt really interact with any staff.
Summary: Must stay on Kihei! All the creature comforts and incredible views of the ocean.
