Positive: Great location. Big sized apartment, the bedrooms and living room were really nice size, walk-in closets, both bedrooms has access to the balcony. Kitchen was very well equipped. Staff were nice and polite. I loved the most the complimentary water was available outside.
Negative: There was a mold in the bathroom. The building is old.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. I would definitely come back.

Positive: Loved how spacious the apartment was. Full kitchen facilities. Lovely pool. Great air conditioning. Use of a communal washing machine and dryer was fantastic.
Negative: That it took 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower each day. That we didn’t have instructions on how to get into the property prior to arriving. Only received them as we got there but as it was by text we couldn’t access the message without wifi.

Positive: This place is the perfect location, short walk to Las Olas and short walk the other way to beachfront. Free parking right outside the rooms. Nice quiet pool area, rooms were clean and tidy and all as expected. Will stay again when in the area.

Positive: A nice spacious room, very comfortable, good mattras, kitchen well equipped. Nice pool to strech your muscles.
Negative: The person in charge on the Day of arrival did not know we arrived a day later; she was not informed well by the owner!! The entrance-code did not work. Room number was not known to us nor to the very nice and helpfull lady Margareth!! Problem was solved after a while but should not have happened.
