Positive: Wonderful hotel with amazing staff, beautiful grounds, and great food. They even helped clean a tea stain from my T-shirt!
Negative: The only downside was the taxi driver at the airport, who asked for more money than the agreed price at reception. A bit unpleasant and stressful, but overall the hotel itself was excellent.

Positive: Absolutely perfect stay! It is not my first time I stay in this beautiful hotel. If you are looking for a lovely place where you can relax this is the one. The location is in a quite place, you have very nice and comfortable rooms, also very clean. The host is very welcoming and you feel like home. Very nice breakfast beside the lovely pool. Just 15 minutes drive from Istanbul airport.
Summary: Perfect stay - Absolutely wonderful place!

Positive: The hotel is in a village and it's quiet. The bed was the softest I've ever slept in while travelling and was very comfortable. The AC was blasting cool so the room could stay at whatever temperature I wanted. The staff was very amiable. The pool was perfect for a swim after a long flight. Breakfast was excellent. Right outside my room there were some apple trees. This was really cute.
Negative: When I landed after a 12 hour flight I found on my phone a message from the hotel asking me to cancel my reservation with them and book another hotel. I wrote back that I'm not going to do that and I went to the hotel. When I arrived the receptionist told me they will transfer me to a partner hotel. I told them I prefer to stay there because I usually do a lot of research abotu my hotels and I chose this based on my research. They talked and talked at the reception and finally they said ok you can stay here. My room was at the back if the hotel on the basement level, and it coudl be reached by walking around the hotel on uneven path that crossed a side entrance. I didn't appreciate at all that they wanted to make me go elsewhere. The location of the room was bizarre. Outside the room there was a table with a dirty towel on it and a rickety chair. I suspect it wasn't for visitors because the next day there were some random towels thrown on it. The door wasn't locking well. It took me some experimenting to figure out how to lock. Even one of the staff at the hotel didn't know how to unlock the door when he went there to get my bag. The hotel was a fair distance away from the beach and I made an attempt to go but there were some mean dogs in the village so I returned. These dogs were obviously not anything the hotel can control. I'm just writing what was unpleasant for me. There were some yellow stains on one of the towels.

Positive: It is a very nice place. Quiet, far away from crowdy streets. Kind of an oaza;) The hotel itself was clean and cozy with nice swimming pool. We slept so well during the night. Personnel was extremely nice and polite. Delicious and big breakfast.
Negative: Does not apply to the hotel - just the beach. If you are planning to go there I strongly recommend to spend time at the hotel swimming pool instead. The beach is dirty and the area very messy:(

Positive: We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s a lovely place, and on a weekday morning, it took us about 25 minutes to get to the airport from the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, the pool was great, and the beach is within walking distance. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming.
Negative: When we arrived on Sunday, it was the weekend and many locals were heading to the beach, so it took us around 50 minutes to reach the hotel from the airport due to traffic (we used Uber). For our return to the airport, we booked a transfer through the hotel for 40 euros. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the van wasn’t working, and it was very hot outside. There was only a small window in the passenger seat area, so we couldn’t get any fresh air inside. The ride was especially uncomfortable for my wife and our little daughter. This transfer didn’t meet our expectations and wasn’t worth the price.
Summary: Great stay overall, but I rated it 8 due to the transfer experience
