Positive: The property is very good; the man who owns the property lives on the ground floor with his wife and he is a very gentle person. He tries to keep a very homely environment for the guest coming. He has maintained the property so good that it doesn’t feel like a usual home stay. IT’S A HUGE BUNGLOW. Rooms: they have around 3-4 rooms in a 1000sq yrd property so the room size is very huge. Bathroom/Toilet: super clean, all the toilteries were providedd and it was smelling so nice Location was good, they have markets close by, universities and IT offices nearby.
Negative: BAD experience: The roads here are broken, there are many properties getting constructed in this whole area so the roads have huge pits. You need to be careful while driving here Also there are less options for food dine in nearby, there are multiple lounges and cafes but not authentic desi indian food. We tried to order some but it was showing 1 hour for delivery itself. We ordered pizza from dominos one day and it came 1 hr late, it got thanda but this property provides you with a kitchen so we easily heated it again.
Summary: Easy, cozy, comfortable and classy.

Positive: Had a very pleasant stay. The host was more than accommodating. Room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Could easily use apps like swiggy, blinkit. Looking forward to staying in the future.

Positive: This is a family run place and is ideal for families, for staying longer durations. The place is spotlessly clean, spacious rooms, with lots of natural daylight. We stayed here for 10 days and had to do a lot of work - both online and offline. The place is quiet, serene and with fast internet. Therefore, we could attend many online meetings easily. Swiggy and Uber readily available. It is just about 10 mins from the airport. It is an ideal place if you wish to have a quiet stay, away from the hustle bustle.
Negative: It would have been good if we could have access to a fridge and a microwave, as then we could purchase food from swiggy and the extra food could have been stored.
