Positive: Very clean, new apartment in the center of Sanluri. Nicola, the owner, is a top host, very kind and helpful. I asked him for suggestions about beaches in Sardinia, and he came to the apartment with his laptop and showed us probably every beach on the island. Not only beaches, but also other sites, bars, and pizzerias. The apartment had many things you usually don’t find in accommodations, like shampoo, bath gel, salt, paper towels, and even his homemade olive oil. :)

Summary: Very clean, new apartment in the center of Sanluri, Nicola is top host :)
