Summary: I had a pleasent stay at ITC Maurya. I would especially like to thank the bell desk for arranging the pick-up of my jacket and wallet from the airport and the hotels representative in the airport for doing the pick-up. This really saved my trip!

Summary: This was not my first visit to the hotel. I was not welcomed as I was the first time -because I booked through Expedia? Was taken to the side and checked in instead of the reception desk. I wanted to change the dates of my stay and emailed, called and they would not budge - because I booked through Expedia. The room was a bit run-down compared to last time and dinner wasn’t the same either. They tried to hurry me out since I was alone also tried to sell me alcohol I didn’t want vs what I ordered. Brunch was terrible on the roof and ate up there as main dining was too crowded. Couldn’t get coffee, no milk, no water, just bad service. Sadly it wasn’t the same experience as the last visit.
