Positive: We LOVED everything about Ivy Lane. From the moment we arrived until we left, our stay was second to none. The accommodation was spotless, provided 5* comfort, coziness, warmth as well as being close to everything. From the minute our booking went through, Anna introduced herself via email. She also provided info on everything that was going on during the halloween b/h weekend in the area. She sent details of local taxis too so we could book in advance to avoid being disappointed.. Anna checked in each day with us to ensure we were enjoying our stay and to offer her help if needed. We arrived late on our first evening due to work commitments.. Anna had the accommodation all snug with heating on, lights dimmed, tv music playing when we arrived.. as well as providing milk, beautiful brown bread, butter and jam. Anna is a wonderful warm host who ensures that her visitors are well looked after. The accommodation had absolutely everything we needed.. ample towels provided, as well as shower gel etc. The beds were so comfortable too.
Negative: There was nothing we didn't like about the property. Stunning....
Summary: A beautiful, peaceful haven on the doorstep to the stunning north West.

Positive: House was lovely, very comfortable and had everything you would need for a very relaxing break. Beds are very comfy, great shower , modern furnishings. We Would definately stay here again. Our host Anna met us on arrival to show us around and provided us with fresh scones and treats for tea. She gave us lots of information on places to eat and things to do during our stay. She’s a lovely lady. Would highly recommend Ivy Lane.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay in Ivy Lane. The apartment was spotless clean, cozy and we felt comfortable. It really comes with everything you need. The apartment's location was a great starting point for various adventures in Donegal, but also a good place to read a book and relax. Anne, the owner, did everything to make our stay even more wonderful: she gave us a warm welcome, had many tips and ideas about what to do, and she even taught us how to create the best Irish coffee :) We really loved the conversations with her. So, we really loved it there and would book this apartment again.

Positive: Incredibly warm welcome from Joanna who gave us excellent recommendations on where to eat and visit locally. The house is really lovely - very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Positive: Score should be 11 out of 10 :) Joanna was an amazing host. So kind and caring, we really enjoyed our conversations with her. She was on top of our needs and she gave us very detailed information on places where we could enjoy true local atmosphere and good food. The photos on the website don't truly show how nice the apartment is. It is cosy and lovely decorated, with fully equipped kitchen. You can feel like home, one of the best places we were staying in and we will definitely come back. Also, great yet quiet location, close to lots of points of interest in Donegal. Highly recommended.

Positive: From the minute I walked into Ivy Lane, I felt pure bliss. It's a haven of peace. The decor is lovely and so relaxing. I love the Buddha and little garden outside the kitchen window, it adds to the serenity of the place. A lovely fresh scone with jam waiting for me for my cuppa when I arrived. I brought my own tea bags and coffee and milk.I had a great night's sleep in a super comfortable bed. The shower is brilliant. Anna is a kind-hearted person who makes sure that your stay is warm and comfortable. She provided a hairdryer as I forgot my own.The house is super clean and inviting. It's central if you want to see Gweedore or Dungloe and surrounding areas. There is a great petrol station and shop close by. I am so looking forward to going back.Thank you, Anna, and your mum for making my stay so wonderful.

Positive: This stay was absolutely perfect ! I can’t begin to say how much we loved our stay. The whole accommodation was spotless, the decor is beautiful, so many lovely thoughtful touches from books for you to read, to a lovely basket in the bathroom with things you may need. Lovely diffusers everywhere as well. Comfortable couch and seats with a lovely little fire. Beautiful kitchen with everything you could need. Two gorgeous bedrooms with the comfiest beds ever! The bathroom was huge with a great large shower. Anna the host was amazing so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. One of life’s lovely people that you meet. I can’t recommend Ivy Lane enough, a place to escape to and close the door and relax.
