Positive: The place was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was genuinely comfortable, the kitchen came fully equipped with everything you'd need, and the air conditioning unit doubles as a heater — a convenient feature for cooler nights.
Negative: A few things worth mentioning for future guests: First, check-in requires you to visit a separate hotel before driving back to the property. Personally, I found this unnecessarily inconvenient — since access to the room is code-based, the code could easily be shared in advance without the extra trip. Second, if you're checking in after 6 PM, be aware that there may be no English-speaking staff available, which could be a barrier for non-Japanese-speaking guests. Third, we were a group of six but were only provided with towels and blankets for five. While we managed to get an extra towel upon request, an additional blanket wasn't available — leaving two of our group having to share one, which wasn't ideal at all.

Positive: I come with kids and dog … everything is perfect for me … staff send kids to ski school from 9 and send them back at 12:30 .. staff are all super helpful … the house is clean , everything is equipped , I strongly recommend jade group ( I hate to promoted as I’m worry I can’t book next time ) anyway … if you have car , 100 % highly recommended :)

Negative: No variety in breakfast. No option for choice in breakfast. No option to have breakfast before 8am. No discounted lift tickets No 3pm-9pm unlimited drinks

Positive: The location was amazing being close to the main street and free shuttle service hakuba has to the ski resorts. The chalet was really nice with a good amount of space for 6 of us to store our ski gear in the dry room. the washing machine and dryer helped (but no close horse/ drying rack).
Negative: Firstly, we didn't have a car just a heads up you still need to go to the reception to check in which is not close to the chalets without a car. we had to book taxis which 1. where hard to get took about 40-50mins and 2. cost a lot of money. We stayed for 6 nights and not once was our place cleaned. I feel for the price you pay to stay in one of these beautiful looking chalets you pay the price on other amenities. the bins are also tiny which wouldn't off been an issue if the house was cleaned but because there was 6 of us for 6 days these small bins ended up overflowing and feeling like you're living in your own filth. i message Hakuba amber resort asking where the outside bins to which they informed me someone would be there to clean our house that day. so, we decided to leave it go to the slopes and be excited for our 5-day old towels and linen to be cleaned when we got back. to our shock when we got back the house was still not cleaned. For the price of this accommodation, you would expect fresh towels regularly and at least one linen change for the 6 nights. But honestly what I expect most is transparency in the communication, do not tell me you will be there to clean the property if you aren't going to follow through.
