Positive: Everything was wonderful from the delicious food (so much of it) to the accommodation which was divine. I was there with my friend for her 60th birthday and she got lots of special treats from the lodge. Not to forget the wonderful animals and the staff and guides were all very friendly and knowledgeable.
Negative: Nothing - I loved everyting!
Summary: It was one of the best things I have ever done and I loved every moment of it!

Positive: OMGosh!! If I could give it a 20/10 I would have! This place is AMAZING! And the experience is like no other!! We stayed in one of the lodge rooms and it was absolutely exquisite... the price may look expensive but it's ALL included... food, drinks and access to the zoo and aquarium on both days (before and after room access). We felt like royalty with our 'secret entrance' and it was nice to roam just before and after everyone else got there. (During light hours) I went with a group of 4 for a surprise for my friends 40th birthday and they gave her a teddy and a cake! It was such a fantastic experience, such beautiful memories! And even better... we can't wait to go back!!
