Come and enjoy this charming place in Clackamas! It is a great choice for all types of Portland visitors, an elegant and abundant 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom home that sleeps up to 10 guests. There are large backyard with fire pit and grill. Everything is brand new. The cleanliness & comfort will make this house become a perfect place for you to spoil yourself on a holiday.
There are no bedrooms on the first floor, so you need to climb stairs.
Hello! We have a 2000 sq. ft, bright, newly constructed home in Portland. During your stay you will have access to a fully stocked kitchen including: coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, dishware, and pots & pans. The space is loaded with windows which lets in a lot of natural light. There are also three other bedrooms located in the house. The space is ideal for 10 people. Air conditioned and heating. Washer/dryer in unit.
There are 3 bedrooms in this house. All the bedrooms are located on the second floor:
-Bedroom#1 is the master suite, which has a king size bed, brand-new mattress, connects to bathroom with the kids. .
-Bedroom#2 has 2 queen-size beds, brand-new mattress, stand up shower and large bathtub in private bathroom.
-Bedroom#3 Kids bedroom with 4 twin beds, brand-new mattress, full bathroom that connects with master bedroom.
-All beds equipped with comfortable/newer mattress.
-Bathrooms with all drawers available for you.
On main level:
-tastefully decorated living and dinning, with a flameless inviting and safe fireplace.
-large windows and tall ceilings.
-a half bathroom.
-family room, breakfast nook, laundry room.
-ping pong table and game room in the garage.
Garage is not available.
Backyard:
We have a large fenced backyard with fire pit and grill.
On main level:
-tastefully decorated living and dinning, with a flameless inviting and safe fireplace.
-large windows and tall ceilings.

Guests have access to the entire house. Feel free to use the kitchen, fridge, garage, washer/dryer at your own discretion. We have amazon stick tv that you can watch prime movies and shows for free, as well as Netflix, Holo, and other channels.
This house is in quiet residential area. We welcome respectful guests who will treat our neighborhood and our place as their home.
This means that respectful friendly gatherings are OK.
That said, loud and/or wild parties are strictly forbidden. Any sign of disturbance, loud music & noise, including disturbance reported by neighbors, is a violation of the house rules.

Summary: This house was in a great safe feeling neighborhood. Check in was very easy. Communication with the host was very easy and they always answered. The only complaint we had was that we noticed quite an ant problem in the upstairs master bedroom. It's Oregon and the right time of year that these guys show up so we don't hold it against the property owner but it was a little unnerving. Other than that stay was good. The house needs a little TLC in some areas but not anything that would keep us from recommending this house and we probably will rent again next year if it's available for our conference.

Summary: It was a comfortable place to stay. We had a rather large group that mostly used the house as a place to sleep, as our days were spent in local meetings.Seems like a safe quite neighborhood. I would recommend it anyone.

Summary: There were many things not working properly and or broken. The place would be OK if those things were fixed beforehand. These things seem like they should have been taken care easily before our stay. We wouldn't chose to stay here again if we back in the area.

Summary: The property is conveniently located minutes away from US 205, Clackamas Town Center, restaurants, hospitals, and other services. However, the furnishings are not up to par with what is expected at this price point (broken chairs and couch, poorly stocked kitchen, broken coffee maker, slow Wi-Fi, etc.). Found burned out coffee maker in the laundry room and ping pong table advertised in the garage was not usable/available. The sleeping areas and bathrooms were clean but the house needs updated furnishings to be ready for prime time. ER
