With cherry hardwood floors throughout the living room and dining room, this open plan makes the home feel warm and welcoming upon arrival. Dining room table comfortable seats 6 and off of the kitchen is a breakfast bar that seats 4. The fully stocked kitchen also includes spacious cherry cabinets, Corian countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The living room provides plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining guest or simple enjoying your night in.
The Master bedroom includes a king size bed, flat screen TV with cable, and the master bathroom with his and her sinks, vanity space, and a spacious walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom provides a queen size bed and TV and the 3rd bedroom provides 2 twin beds.
With entrances through the living room and master bedroom, you'll find a spacious glassed in lanai with TV Cable that's perfect for entertaining guest with the ample outdoor seating and complimentary gas BBQ grill. Lanai also features 2 outdoor ceiling fans to keep you and your guest cool if you choose to open the windows to enjoy the Florida breeze.

Summary: We rented this Virginia Trace home to stay close to our in-laws and host our family of 13 for Thanksgiving Dinner. The property was immaculately kept, bedrooms and baths were comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and various entertaining areas. Great location and a breeze to pop over to Sumter Landing. Golf cart was the best one we've ever had with a rental and worked perfectly. Steve at White Pelican was incredibly responsive to anything we needed and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Great house!

Summary: We had a great golf getaway, the house was great. Very clean and convenient to Sumpter Landing and all the golf courses we played outside of The Villages. Will absolutely stay here again! Forgot to mention the golf cart, that was a added bonus to an awesome house!

Summary: My wife and I stayed in this property to experience The Villages for the first time. It was a smart choice. It's only a few minutes from Lake Sumter Landing, making it the perfect location. This house is well appointed and everything you need can be found if you open enough cabinets. We only used the master suite and the bed was stiff but comfortable. Do not hesitate to book this property. A few notes. The golf cart provided is now gas, not electric. The correct WiFi password can be found in one of the information binders, it's incorrect in the other. The driveway is slippery when wet.

Summary: We met several families in the Villages for the week. This house was one of the larger rentals, so we used it quite a lot for larger gatherings. The space was great and really worked out well for feeding a group. We really appreciated the homey feel and accessories in the house and the use of the golf cart! Everything was in good working order and very clean. Overall great location and great experience.
