but we have 2 other apartment close it 3004 + 3002 with 6 + 5 beds!
So you can book one apartment or 3 if you are a big group

The tower / resort Ocean Heights Tower
Ocean Heights Tower is a super tall skyscraper designed by Andrew Bromide of Adas, and furnished by the Italian designer Versace in the best area Dubai Marina of greater Dubai.
Just see facing and Jumeirah Palm view.
The tower stands 310 meters tall and has 83 floors. The building was completed in 2010. Currently Ocean Heights is the fifth tallest residential building in the world!
Location and Beaches
In front of the house we have an nice free beach: Barasti Beach, is one of the most famous beach of Dubai. In the night is an popular disco and club bar and restaurant. The club offer in the day, free chairs and umbrellas, more free beach are at just 3-400 meters of the lobby, the beach walk is 500 meters far,
Taxi is very cheap, 20 minute taxi cost about 15 euro and to go to Beach walk cost is 5 aed (1 euro)
Grocery and malls
Large Carrefour supermarket 24h in front the lobby!
Great opportunity, an 24/24 hours big Carrefour mart is just at 20 meters of the lobby, price is very cheap, and is also possible to have an delivery free shipping, just call the store for receive in 5 minutes all food or others items will be delivery to the apartment with not any surcharge cost. Marina Mall is at 2 minutes by taxi, Mall of the Emirates at 15m, Battuta Mall 8 m. Dubai Mall at 20 minutes
Bar and restaurant and Shopping.
In the house is possible have an room service, jus call to Starbucks, Costa, 800pizza, fish and cheeps and many other lovely bar or restaurant under the house, you can receive in 10-15 minutes a free delivery food and drink directly in your table.
Transportation: Many taxi are always in front the lobby, Taxi Is very cheap in Dubai, Dubai Metro station is at 500 m and from jen 2014 will be open the great Jbr touristic train (station in front the lobby)

The ours luxury 5 stars apartments are located on floor 29 and 30 on the beachfront promenade, the tower overlooking, Jumeirah Palm ,.
The options available are suites for 4 + 1 persons on the suite size 90-m ° and ° 4-6 pax on the 2 suites of 110m ° Luxuriously appointed.
The suites feature has spacious bedroom with king size 200 x 180 in the master bdr. and a queen bed on the second night area in the large living Room, the large suites has also one or two French beds 130 x 200, large balconies, two baths, laundry room, all has 1 bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower, and a small toilet, 2 large screen TVs 50 'and 40' a system of home cinema, hi-fi, cable and wireless internet, air-AC. Safe, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, linens, and dishes, ironing board, cable TV, room service available, etc ...

The residence offers a free spectacular gym center all the comforts of five-star hotels:

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Everything was as described and then some. We were met by one of Alex's staff for a meet & greet introduction and a thorough explanation of the workings of the apartment. The unit was immaculate with plenty of towels, toiletries and even laundry soap. The service was excellent and Alex was attentive and very responsive to any of our needs and questions. It was a wonderful home-away-from home for our stay in Dubai and we highly recommend it.

Summary: It was nice staying at this property especially having my host Alex answer to all of our needs promptly by handing us over to Fedele, one of the kindest human beings I’ve ever met! He treated us like we were his family. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It has a beautiful view ~ the beach, street lights, lights from nearby skyscrapers, billboards etc. I love watching all these from my bedroom balcony at night!!! Ocean Heights’ location is awesome. It’s a couple of minutes away from public transportation, restaurants, supermarkets, the beach and not too far away from the malls and all other places of attraction in Dubai. Lobby staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. I’m back home in the United States and already checking my diary for another getaway in Dubai. Thank you Alex, Fedele and Mla. You’re the best!
