Je Suis Content Villa ( which rents as a 2 bedroom, 3 Bedroom or 4 bedroom at different rates) is newly rebuilt on the lot of one of the first set of Villas built on the beautiful Silver Sands Estate. Therefore it has pride of place of commanding the most picturesque view. As a matter of fact most pictures taken of the white sands stretch of Beach at Silver Sands are taken from the Villa as Guests staying at other Villas often times request to take photos from our deck or our cove below
Family owned and loved , Je Suis has recently been fully refurbished and modernized making it uniquely one of the oldest vIllas whilst at the same time one of the Newest Villas on the Estate. With an eternity pool that seems to go on and on, the sunshine days at Je Suis and lifetime of memories will last forever. Je Suis Content Villa also offers so much more as our full staff including a cook, housekeeper, pool man and gardener have no equal. Their smiles and constant willingness to ensure you are always taken care of will make you want to take them home with you. Of course we ask that you do not as we think of them as family and will miss them dearly.

Ideally located accommodation with an unparalleled view of the beach and coastline. Creatively designed and sufficient space for my family to relax and enjoy. Leiza was very responsive from the start while Lisa Wray and Sharon provided excellent meals and kept the place clean. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone who needs some time to unwind and enjoys nature's rich blessings. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Words can’t describe the true beautiful of this villa. I have toured much of Jamaica and this is one of the nicest places I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. The staff was amazing and the view from this villa is spectacular.

The view from this house is incredible. Excellent staff and Leiza was prompt and very responsive to all of our inquiries. Snorkeling in front of the house was great. We rented a car so we had convenience to go out and about at our leisure. Overall, our experience was awesome. Would definitely return.

A short ten minute drive from Silver Sands Estate takes guests to the Town of Duncans for all their grocery shopping and a local fisherman’s beach is located right next door to the Estate. The staff will do all the grocery shopping if you do not wish to but transporation or the cost of will have to be provided. The entire Villa is yours to enjoy!
Your Head of House Lisa is there to meet and greet you on arrival. If you need any other assistance our Bookin' Pro is available to assist with booking tours, airport transfers, recommend restaurants, etc. let us know and we will try to make it happen!

A small fisherman's beach is right next door to Silver Sands Estate, and guests may drive the ten minutes to Duncans to do their food shopping. The staff will go grocery shopping if you ask them to, but you'll need to provide either vehicle or the funds to do so. The entire Villa is available for your use.
You can count on our Bookin' Pro to coordinate everything from airport pickup to dinner reservations. While personal vehicle travel is preferred, our Bookin' Pro may assist with arranging for public transportation if needed. We are happy to help you arrange for golf games, meals, transportation, airport transfers, VIP greetings, and activities like swimming with dolphins, horseback riding, deep sea fishing, and sightseeing tours of Jamaica's top attractions.

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and only allowed in the open-air spaces. Please use the trash to dispose of all cigarette ends and matches.
2. Individuals not included in the guest party are not permitted to spend the night at the property.
3. The owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or diseases that occur on the premises or in its amenities. The proprietors are not responsible for visitor belongings lost or damaged. By booking, visitors incur the risk of harm from their own or their guests' usage of the property.
4. Maintain the condition of the property and all furnishings.
5. Use appliances solely for their designated purposes.
6. No crayons, paints or toys that may damage the property of furnishings are allowed.
7. Parking is restricted to the number of parking spaces provided and is only permitted in designated areas.
8. Unit includes linens and bath towels. No towels or linens are allowed out of the house.
9. The effective septic system will clog if inappropriate material is flushed. Don't flush anything except toilet paper. Flushing feminine products is never recommended.
10. No eating in the bedrooms.
11. Turn off AC units, lights, and fans while not in use.
12. Be considerate to neighbors.
13. Stop playing loud music after 9 p.m.
14. Keep the community's public areas, especially the pool, clean for everyone.
15. The villa can only accommodate the number of people indicated in the property description upon booking.
16. Please keep sandy or muddy shoes outside and watch youngsters on the sofas to preserve our light-colored carpeting and furnishings.
17. Avoid scratching walls and skirting boards while moving baggage in and out of the residence to avoid a damage cost.
18. Return beach towels everyday.
19. If included, your cook and/or housekeeper will prepare meals, clean, wash, and make beds everyday. Please tip at your discretion after your stay.
